⁸ But now you must also put away^(A) all the following: anger,^(B) wrath,^(C) malice,^(D) slander,^(E) and filthy language from your mouth.^{(F) 9} Do not lie^(G) to one another, since you have put off^(H) the old self^[a](I) with its practices ¹⁰ and have put on^(J) the new self. You are being renewed in knowledge according to the image of your^[b] Creator.^(K)
